Join Susan and other participating Long Island authors and businesses for books, networking and community connection. The event runs from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and includes catered food, live music and free admission.

Join Susan Joy Menchell, RN and certified yoga instructor, for gentle movement, breathwork, stretching, meditation and guided relaxation. All levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, water and an open heart. There is no fee; donations to the ashram charities Susan supports are appreciated.
